Chelsea Usher - Comms Chair

Chelsea Usher brings over a decade of experience in education, family engagement, and community organizing to her role as Communications Chair for the IE Democrats for Equality. Currently serving as the Director of Family Engagement at a local college, Chelsea is a passionate advocate for inclusive, equity-driven communication and outreach strategies that uplift historically marginalized voices.

Her career began in K–12 education, where she taught English and chaired the Humanities department of a public school.
